Hi all, been a long time since I visited the forum moved around a fair bit but now I am in trouble and remembered where you are, was a bit surprised to find I was still registered.
I have decided to update my old 910 and have got stuck with it. Deleted everything off it and have updated the navecore to 9.430, logged onto Home and it updated quite a few thingsand it seems to work, the map I downloaded is Western Europe 955_6745, not really sure if it is the right one but TomTom recommended v955_xxx for it so took a chance on it. loaded it onto the 910 and run various activators over it hoping it might work but still no maps found. I am thinking it is missing the meta file which it looks like it needs to activate the map.If I have downloaded the wrong map for it I would be pleased if someone could point me in the right direction to get it going again, I did a complete back up on the PC before I erased everything off it so I could revert back if I can't get any further but I would like to update it if possible. Searched the forum for anybody else having a similar problem but was getting a bit lost as it seems a lot are now for phones
